How it works ?
In the applet below, use INVERSE TRIGONOMETRIC FUNCTIONS to write EXACT EXPRESSIONS for the measures of the acute angles (A and B) in the right triangle displayed.
Be sure to enter EXACT VALUES (and not decimal approximations).
For example, to input the expression arcsin(sqrt(13)/5), simply enter “arcsin(sqrt(13)/5)” — without the quotation marks.
KEY:
arcsin(…. means ARCSINE OF….
arccos(…. means ARCCOSINE OF…
arctan(… means ARCTANGENT OF…
sqrt(… means SQUARE ROOT OF…
